Unless you're completely new or completely oblivious, you should be noticing right about now that the entire layout has changed one hundred percent. What can I say? I'm a masochist who gets bored easily. Real life is sucking up more and more of my time, putting new items on a back burner which is getting farther and farther out of reach.
The good news is, however, that the first ElsaKnits open house (which took place August second) was a huge success and is part of the reason I can't update with items as often as I'd like. Hey, as long as I have my hooks and needles, I'm happy.
12.15:
Sorry, time has run out! Any custom order placed after today will not be filled until after the holidays. Ready - made items can be shipped through the 19th.
Much more to come in 2006. Happy holidays!

Finally! For your enjoyment - eight hats, three scarves and one bag. I've had a ridiculous amount of ideas lately and the flow hasn't let up one bit.
You'll notice something different and that is with most items that have been sold, you can't buy replicas anymore. I'm really cutting down on custom orders because my schedule just doesn't permit it at this point. If there's something you just have to have, you can still e-mail me and I'll see what I can do. And as always, I take suggestions!
2.18:
I've started an eBay account specifically for new items here, so from now on whenever there's an update, it will consist of a few items here and then (hopefully) a few on eBay being auctioned off. All items will have pages here, and the ones listed on eBay will have their "Buy Now" buttons pointing you towards the auctions and a note in the margin telling you as such. Simple, right? More links and updates to come!

INVENTORY SALE!
In order to make room for new stuff coming in, I've got to shed the old. So here's the deal - see something on the site you like but don't have the money for it? Drop me a line at EK@ElsaKnits.com and name your price! As long as it's within the range of reasonable, I'll tack shipping and handling on and it's yours. Anything on the site!

In other news, I have a bunch of small projects going at once that I hope you'll enjoy. Autumn really is the best time of year.
12.6:
Winter is upon us and so are the snowy nights and classic knits. I'm working with a lot of winter whites and cabling, trying to create aran sweaters in everything but a sweater.

If you would like something by Christmas, please order prior to the 20th to ensure it getting there on time. Happy holidays!

ElsaKnits is now on Etsy.com! Check out the shop for sale prices on stuff you see here first!

Spring! Well...sort of. I don't know about anyone else, but the last of the snow is still melting and the sun is still playing hide-and-seek with the clouds. The warm weather has absolutely no affect on my needles, however. They're still clicking away. I've sold a bunch of things off-site but I'm trying to get back in the habit of updating and then selling. I have to admit I'm lazy about updating if I have other things going on offline. I've been on a hat kick lately - to your benefit! There are some cute new ones up, so go check them out. I'm digging back into some bag designs again now that summer's coming, though, so look for those in the upcoming months.
The etsy shop has also been updated. Honeycomb is available through there at a discount now. Enjoy!

Autumn is here and with it comes icy rains and the threat of snow. An update is in the works and will be up within a day or so. Stay tuned!
11.7:
Three new bags plus three new scarves and a new hat equals the big update you've been waiting for. I'm perfecting a pattern for a beret that all you long haired ladies can pull off. Look for it in coming months!
CLEARANCE!
6.25:
Woo-hoo!
Knock it out of the ballpark, ladies. You're helping me clean out my closet along with getting to London and Paris to visit my boyfriend. And helping to pay vet bills, put me through school, buy a car that gets more than twenty-four miles per gallon and, yes, feed my thrifting addiction (but only a little bit!).
But really, you get to set your own price! You get a headstart on your fall wardrobe! And what, I ask you, what is better than that?

It really is quite simple:

one. E-mail me at EK@ElsaKnits.com when you see something you like with the price you'd like to pay.

two. I'll send you a paypal invoice.

three. You pay, then run back and forth between the computer screen and your closet, trying to decide what to wear with your new purchase.

four. I'll e-mail you a USPS tracking number so you can check and check while the anticipation builds exponentially.

five. Receive your product and shriek, ladies, shriek!

And, all right, six. Keep checking back! The more things leave, the more I can make and the faster I can make, the faster new things hit the clearance page.

E-mail me if you have any questions whatsoever; I'll e-mail you back as soon as my little fingers can fly.
